Donald Trump: Iran has abandoned plans to develop nuclear weapons

Iran has essentially abandoned its plans to develop nuclear weapons.

As reported by BAKU.WS, U.S. President Donald Trump made this statement while answering journalists' questions at the White House.

"Iran, as you know, has essentially abandoned any plans related to nuclear weapons," he said.

Trump also said that he has to "make a decision on Iran," without providing further details.

He added that "Iran is defeated" and suggested that the conflict with the Islamic republic could be resolved "the nice way or the hard way."
