A video dedicated to the head of state's speech at the 8th congress of the "New Azerbaijan" Party (YAP), held at the Heydar Aliyev Center, has been published on the social media pages of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

As reported by BAKU.WS, it features the words of the head of state:

"There is no place for emotions in politics. If we had given in to them, then today, probably, a third Triumphal Arch would have been erected in the center of Yerevan."

Siyasətdə emosiyalara yer yoxdur. Biz emosiyalara qapılsaydıq, bu gün, yəqin ki, üçüncü Zəfər Tağı İrəvanın mərkəzində ucaldılardı. #Azərbaycan #Qarabağ https://t.co/MibV4xysS0
