The stadium where "Sabah" will play against "Barcelona" has been revealed

The stadium for the matches that Azerbaijan champions "Sabah" will play in Baku during the league phase of the UEFA Champions League has been determined.

According to Oxu.Az, "Sabah" will play their home matches of the tournament's league phase at the Baku Olympic Stadium.

The Masakir-based team will host Spanish "Barcelona", German "Borussia Dortmund", Czech "Slavia Prague", and Italian "Napoli" in Baku.

The schedule of "Sabah's" home games is as follows:

October 13, 20:45. Baku Olympic Stadium. "Sabah" (Azerbaijan) - "Slavia Prague" (Czech Republic)

October 20, 20:45. Baku Olympic Stadium. "Sabah" (Azerbaijan) - "Borussia Dortmund" (Germany)

November 25, 21:45. Baku Olympic Stadium. "Sabah" (Azerbaijan) - "Barcelona" (Spain)

January 20, 2027, 21:45. Baku Olympic Stadium. "Sabah" (Azerbaijan) - "Napoli" (Italy)

As a reminder, the Azerbaijan champions will play a total of eight matches in the league phase of the Champions League. Away from home, "Sabah" will face "Manchester United", "Villarreal", "Viking", and "Arsenal".

It should be noted that the Baku Olympic Stadium has a capacity of 68,700 spectators. The stadium began operations in 2015 and is considered a multifunctional arena designed for hosting major sporting events in Azerbaijan.
