From Russian Refineries to Europe: How One Strike Triggers a Chain Reaction
Ukraine continues to strike Russian oil refining. On the night of October 2, drones attacked industrial facilities in Volgograd, where one of Russia's largest oil refineries is located.
This is stated in a video report by Baku TV RU.
"A fire broke out, one person was injured. However, Volgograd is just one episode in an entire series of attacks. In recent months, Ukrainian drones have repeatedly hit Russian refineries, and now the economic effect of this strategy has been effectively acknowledged even in Moscow. At a session of the Valdai Discussion Club, Vladimir Putin stated that the goal of the strikes on oil refineries was to damage the Russian economy and admitted that this goal has been partially achieved," the report states.
