A helicopter and a passenger plane collided in the USA, at least 19 people died

An American Airlines Bombardier CRJ700 aircraft fell into the Potomac River after colliding with a military Sikorsky H-60 Black Hawk helicopter near Reagan National Airport in Washington, DC.
As reported by Baku.ws citing BBC, this was announced by the US Federal Aviation Administration.
According to the information, the incident occurred around 21:00 Eastern Time (06:00 Baku time), the aircraft was operating flight 5342 from Wichita, Kansas.
The airport's press service announced a ban on takeoffs and landings at the airport. Emergency services personnel began search and rescue operations on the Potomac River, where the aircraft crashed.
White House Press Secretary Caroline Leavitt stated that US President Donald Trump has been informed about the incident.
