The date and agenda of the next session of the Milli Majlis have been announced.

As reported by Oxu.Az, the agenda of the session to be held on September 30 includes the following items:

1. Statement of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan in connection with September 27 - Remembrance Day;

2. On the legislative work plan for the autumn session of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2026;

3. Draft Constitutional Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amending the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan" (second vote);

4. Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated July 14, 2026, No. 453-VIIQD "On amendments to the Tax Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Migration Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan 'On Social Insurance,' 'On Customs Tariff,' 'On Licenses and Permits,' and 'On Public Procurement,'" returned with objections by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

5. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the approval of the "Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan on mutual exemption from visa requirements for holders of ordinary passports";

6. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the approval of the Second Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters";
