Windy weather is observed in some parts of Azerbaijan.

According to the National Hydrometeorological Service, as of 19:00 on September 25, intermittent rains are falling in Guba and Gusar.

Currently, northwesterly winds are blowing in some areas. The maximum wind speed reaches 25 m/s in Neftchala, 20 m/s in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, 19 m/s in Goranboy, 18 m/s in Naftalan, and 17 m/s in Shirvan and Julfa.
