The IRGC declared readiness to continue the war with the US
Tehran is fully prepared to respond to any aggressive action from the country's adversaries.
As reported by Tasnim, this was stated by the commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Ground Forces, Brigadier General Mohammad Karami.
"We are 100% ready to decisively respond to any mistake by the enemy," he said.
Earlier, U.S. President Donald Trump announced that he would meet with leaders of the Persian Gulf countries on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly to discuss the situation in the Middle East. The Axios portal noted that he would also discuss the next steps in the war with Iran at that time.
At the same time, the U.S. president did not rule out new strikes against the country.
"I have a big decision to make. Do I want to obliterate them or not? It's a serious decision. I can decide anything," he told the portal.
