The award ceremony of the international tournament "Sea Breeze 2026" has taken place
The award ceremony of the international beach polo tournament "Sea Breeze 2026" was held for the first time in Azerbaijan.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Report, various awards were presented to the four teams that participated in the competition.
The gold medals were won by the Azerbaijani team "Elit polo club," which became the winner of the tournament. The silver medals went to the Swiss team "St. Moritz," which lost in the final with a score of 4:6. The British team "Red Star" became the bronze medalists, finishing in third place. The team "Moscow polo club" from Russia, which finished in fourth position, received participant medals.
The awards were presented by the President of the Equestrian Federation of the Republic of Azerbaijan Elchin Guliyev, Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gaibov, and Secretary General of the federation Elvin Mamedkhanov.
In addition, the tournament referees were awarded "Fair Play" medals.
The winner of the tournament — the "Elit polo club" team — was also presented with a cup.
