"Sabah" strengthened their squad with a Brazilian forward

Azerbaijani football club "Sabah" continues to strengthen its squad with foreign players.

As reported by the club, the Baku-based team has completed the transfer of Brazilian forward Carlos Eduardo. The 24-year-old attacking player has joined "Sabah" on a one-year loan from Portuguese club "Gil Vicente".

The agreement includes a buy-out option that allows "Sabah" to acquire full transfer rights for the player.

C. Eduardo began his professional career in 2020 at Brazilian club "Brusque". He subsequently moved to Portugal, where he continued his career. From 2020 to 2021, he played for the youth team (U-19) of "Nacional", from 2021 to 2024 he represented the reserve and first teams of "Marítimo", and in the 2024-2025 season he played for "Felgueiras".
