The President awarded Allahveren Ismayilov the highest military rank

The Deputy Head of the State Service of Special Communications and Information Security of the Republic of Azerbaijan (RA), Major General Allahveren Ibish oglu Ismayilov, has been promoted to the highest military rank of "Lieutenant General".

As reported by BAKU.WS, the corresponding order was signed by the President of the RA Ilham Aliyev.
