Azerbaijan is a reliable energy partner for an increasing number of countries.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this is stated in the address of President Ilham Aliyev to the participants of the 2nd Azerbaijan International Investment Forum, which began its work on September 25.

"Our vision increasingly extends beyond energy supply and encompasses the development of green energy corridors, which allows integrating renewable energy sources into regional markets and strengthening transport connectivity between Azerbaijan, the South Caucasus as a whole, Central Asia, and Europe.

Beyond the traditional energy sector, Azerbaijan offers significant opportunities in such areas as manufacturing, transport and logistics, renewable energy sources, digital technologies, agriculture and food industry, tourism, infrastructure, and other high-yield sectors, including reconstruction and development opportunities opening up in the liberated territories. Special attention is given to projects that introduce advanced technologies, increase labor productivity, create jobs for qualified specialists, and strengthen our integration into regional and global value chains," the address states.

It also states that modern infrastructure, industrial parks, the Alat Free Economic Zone, and public-private partnership mechanisms provide a solid foundation for such cooperation. "We will continue to improve these instruments and create conditions that enable investors to implement long-term projects with confidence," the address emphasizes.
