Fitness trainer named two rules for achieving the perfect figure

Titled Russian bodybuilding champion and experienced fitness trainer Vitaly Fateev shared valuable recommendations for those who strive for body perfection. The expert highlighted two key rules on the path to an ideal figure, reports NEWS.Ru.
According to the professional's recommendations, the optimal workout should take about an hour and be conducted three times a week. Fateev emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive approach - an effective program must include both strength exercises and cardio workouts, such as treadmill sessions.
"It's better to train with a coach. They will help properly organize the intensity of the workout so that you don't get distracted by conversations with others in the gym," Fateev emphasized.
The bodybuilder also revealed his understanding of the "perfect figure" concept. "It's about proportions. Some people lack shoulder muscles when looking at their body, others lack leg or glute muscles. All this is determined by the trainer," the specialist explained.
