A fragment of his speech at a meeting has been published on Ilham Aliyev's social media accounts.

A fragment of the speech by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev at today's meeting dedicated to the "State Program for the Development of the Mining (Metal Ores) and Metallurgical Industry in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2027–2030" has been published on his social media pages.

In this video, the Azerbaijani leader spoke about the issues of the prompt launch of deposits located in the territories liberated from occupation.

"These are, first of all, gold, copper, and molybdenum deposits located in the Kalbajar, Aghdara, and Zangilan districts. Work has already begun in the Aghdara district. I hope that in the near future, work will begin both in Kalbajar and in Zangilan, and thus exploitation will already commence at the existing, that is, discovered deposits," the head of state said.
