Baku Metro will change its schedule during the holidays

Baku Metro will operate in an enhanced mode during the Novruz holiday, and changes have been made to the train schedule for the holiday period.

On March 20-21 from 07:00 to 21:00, trains in the "Akhmedli - 28 May" direction will run with an interval of 2.5 minutes. From the 22nd to the 31st, including the days of Ramadan holiday, the interval on this section will be 3 minutes.

After the "28 May" station, where the lines connect, in the direction of "Icherisheher" and "Darnagul" stations, the train interval on the specified dates will be twice the established one.

Passengers traveling in the direction of "Bakmil" and back will be able to use the metro on March 20-21 according to the Saturday schedule, and from March 22 to 31 - according to the Sunday schedule.

In order to regulate passenger flow, reserve trains will be kept at the "Narimanov" electric depot, which will be deployed on the line if necessary.

A duty schedule will be drawn up at the stations and additional control mechanisms will be applied.
