The famous Bulgarian clairvoyant Baba Vanga, who left this world in 1996 and became famous for foreseeing many major historical events, left behind what is possibly the most frightening prediction in human history.

The seer's followers claim that Vanga made a series of truly terrifying prophecies for 2025, reports Her.ie. According to her visions, it is next year that the final fall of humanity will begin and the process of its gradual destruction will be set in motion.

"However, the end of the world itself will not occur next year - it will not come before the year 5079. Rather, 2025 will mark the beginning of events that will eventually lead to the demise of humanity," the publication explains.

Thus, 2026 will effectively become a point of no return for civilization. In particular, the Bulgarian clairvoyant predicted that in 2025, some large-scale conflict will erupt in Europe, which will eventually lead to the complete disappearance of the continent's population.

Furthermore, according to the seer, in the next 4 years humanity will face a severe energy crisis. In desperate search for new resources, people, according to Vanga's prophecy, will be forced to send an expedition to the inhospitable and scorching Venus.

By 2033, the polar ice caps will melt. Given the current pace of global warming, this prediction seems quite realistic and, if it comes true, will lead to a catastrophic rise in sea levels.

After 43 years, in 2076, communism will be reborn and spread throughout the world.

In the 22nd century, humanity will experience first contacts with alien civilizations and a global drought, and in 3005, a Martian war will break out. Apparently, this conflict will unfold between Earth inhabitants and a civilization established on Mars.

The publication emphasizes that Baba Vanga was not always infallible in her predictions, however, she named the date of her own death with astonishing accuracy.
