ATTENTION to those wishing to obtain an extract for a land plot!

Land plots can be of agricultural or residential purpose.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to ATV, in both cases, a citizen must collect primary documents and submit them to obtain an extract.

One of the most pressing issues concerns land plots with houses built on them. Many of these plots were purchased by citizens from municipalities before 2007.

In this regard, the primary document must be submitted to the state real estate registry service.

After 2007, since municipalities sell land plots only through auctions, the issued document is different.
