Two volcanoes in Kamchatka assigned "orange" aviation hazard code

Klyuchevskoy (Klyuchevskaya Sopka) and Krasheninnikov volcanoes have been assigned an "orange" aviation hazard code.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this was announced by the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Kamchatka Territory.
The ash plume from Klyuchevskoy spread in the southeastern direction, while the plume from Krasheninnikov spread in the northeastern direction toward the Pacific Ocean. There are no populated areas in the path of the ash plumes. No ash fall has been registered in populated areas. There are also no tourists in the vicinity of the volcanoes.
The department noted that climbing the volcanoes or visiting their surroundings should be avoided.
In Kamchatka, seven volcanoes are currently showing activity. On August 3, the Krasheninnikov volcano in the Kronotsky Reserve joined the Avachinsky, Klyuchevskoy, Bezymianny, Kambalny, and Karymsky volcanoes, and on August 4, the Mutnovsky volcano became active as well.
