Turkish delicacy made from 1.5 tons of milk conquers the internet
Cheese made from 1.5 tons of milk in Turkey has become a real sensation on the internet.
As reported by BAKU.WS, "Gravyer" is especially highly valued - a rare cheese produced in the Kars region. This elite dairy product is manufactured only in Switzerland and Turkey.
The production process takes from 6 to 12 months. Notably, the taste qualities of the cheese improve with aging. A standard wheel weighs about 53 kilograms, and it takes 28 liters of milk to create just one kilogram.
Thanks to its rich composition, which includes vitamin B12, calcium and protein, this delicacy strengthens the bone and immune systems. It also stimulates metabolism and has many other beneficial properties.
The cost of a kilogram of this cheese exceeds the price of red meat and amounts to more than 930 Turkish lira (approximately 36 Azerbaijani manats).
