According to scientists, vitamin A improves blood circulation in the scalp, strengthens hair follicles, and stimulates the production of sebum, which protects hair from dryness and brittleness. Additionally, sweet potatoes contain vitamins C and E, as well as iron and zinc - all of which contribute to strengthening hair and preventing premature hair loss.
Experts recommend including sweet potatoes in your diet 2-3 times a week, baked or boiled. However, they emphasize that the vegetable alone is not enough - hair health requires a comprehensive approach, including proper nutrition, care, and avoiding harmful habits.
