Ilham Aliyev spoke about the destruction of mosques by Armenia at a meeting with religious leaders

President Ilham Aliyev, during a meeting with participants of international conferences in Baku, spoke about Armenia's destruction of mosques during the occupation.

As reported by BAKU.WS, emphasizing that 65 mosques were completely destroyed by the Armenian state and some were left in a semi-destroyed condition, the head of state said: "You have probably seen these photographs - Armenia deliberately kept livestock, pigs, and cows in the mosques to insult and humiliate us. Understanding our sensitivity, it did not shy away from even such barbaric actions, deliberately seeking to inflict even greater pain on our people. In fact, this was an insult not only to us, our people, but to the entire Islamic world. This is the true face of the Armenian state. We must never forget this, and we will not forget it."
