Ilham Aliyev: 12 mosques have already been restored in the liberated territories

We began restoration work almost immediately after the end of the second Karabakh war - since 2021, and the first object to be restored was the Aghdam Mosque.

As BAKU.WS reports, this was stated by President Ilham Aliyev at a meeting with participants of international conferences in Baku.

"To date, 12 mosques that were either completely or partially destroyed have been restored and rebuilt, and this process continues," the head of state noted.
