A popular dish that becomes toxic the next day

Many people don't think about the fact that reheated food can be dangerous. However, experts warn that some dishes can turn into real poison the very next day.
This applies to mushrooms. The thing is that during storage and reheating, complex chemical processes occur in mushrooms, causing them to lose their beneficial properties and potentially cause serious poisoning. This is especially true for dishes left at room temperature.
Experts recommend consuming mushroom dishes immediately after cooking, and if they need to be stored, only in the refrigerator at temperatures no higher than +5°C. It is recommended to reheat them at high temperatures and no more than once.
