5 phrases that destroy relationships - never say them!

Relationships are a fragile system, and sometimes just one word can trigger a chain reaction leading to conflicts and cooling of feelings. Psychologists warn: there are phrases that have a destructive effect on your partner. Check if you're saying them in your relationship!
1. "You always..." / "You never..."
These generalizations devalue your partner's efforts and create a feeling that they can't fix anything. Instead, it's better to say: "It seems to me that lately..."
2. "I don't care"
This phrase is a signal of indifference. Even if it's difficult for you to express an opinion, try saying: "I'm not sure, but what you think is important to me"
3. "I told you so"
Nobody likes to feel like a loser. Instead of reproaching, it's better to offer support: "Let's think about how to fix this"
4. "You're overreacting"
Such a response devalues your partner's feelings. It's better to say: "I want to understand why this affected you so much"
5. "If you don't like it – find someone else"
Blackmailing with a breakup makes relationships unstable. It's much better to discuss the problem: "It's important to me that we're both happy in this relationship"
