Scientists have identified an effective and accessible method that can help extend the body's youth by a whole decade.

According to Baku.ws, research shows that short walks and sleep quality play a key role in slowing down aging processes.

Experts claim that even 15 minutes of daily outdoor walks can trigger rejuvenation mechanisms at the cellular level. Also, people who regularly sleep at least seven hours a day look younger than their age, and their biological age is on average 8-10 years less than those who suffer from lack of sleep. The study showed that during deep sleep, cell recovery processes are activated, immunity is strengthened, and skin aging slows down.

Furthermore, avoiding processed foods and maintaining a sleep schedule significantly reduces the risks of age-related diseases such as dementia and cardiovascular pathologies.

Scientists advise against pursuing radical measures and instead recommend gradually incorporating other healthy habits into one's life. Regular physical activity, balanced nutrition, and adequate rest can become a natural way to slow down aging and extend active longevity.
