The publications quote from the interview where President Ilham Aliyev noted: "We remember the time when President Trump was the head of the USA, and our relations developed very successfully, unlike the last four years when they completely deteriorated due to the unfair and dishonest approach of the Biden administration towards Azerbaijan. Our previous experience with President Trump was very positive. We expect that these four years, which we consider lost years in American-Azerbaijani relations, will become history, and we will resume work."
