Iran opened its airspace

Iran has opened its airspace and resumed operations at most airports.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to the Mehr agency, this was announced by the Civil Aviation Organization of the Islamic Republic.
"Mehrabad Airport and Imam Khomeini Airport, as well as airports in the north, east, west, and south of the country have resumed operations and are ready to provide the full range of services," the statement said.
It is noted that domestic and international flights will operate at all airports of the Islamic Republic, except for the airports of Isfahan and Tabriz, from 05:00 (05:30 Baku time) to 18:00 (18:30).
The day before, an official representative of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development of Iran, Majid Ahavan, announced that the country had closed its airspace to international transit flights.
At the end of June, Iran allowed international flights to use its airspace over the central part of the country and partially over the western regions.
