Ilham Aliyev inspected the territory selected for the construction of the Khankendi - Shusha cable car
On July 3, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev inspected the territory selected for the construction of the Khankendi - Shusha cable car.
As reported by BAKU.WS, the head of state was provided with information about the technical parameters of the cable car.
It was reported that the length of the Khankendi - Shusha cable car will be about 6,000 m. The height of the cable car in Khankendi will be 844 m, and in Shusha - 1,317 m. The duration of the trip on the cable car is expected to be up to 13 minutes, and the speed - 8 m/s.
It should be noted that the implementation of this project will give impetus to the development of tourism in general, as well as play an important role in ensuring comfortable movement of people from Khankendi to Shusha and back.
