Trump and Putin hold a phone call

US President Donald Trump is holding a telephone conversation with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to TASS, this was announced by the press secretary of the Russian leader Dmitry Peskov.

"The conversation is still ongoing," he said.

According to Peskov, the Kremlin plans to hold a briefing on the results of the telephone conversation between the presidents of Russia and the United States.

Note that this is the fourth telephone conversation between the leaders of the two countries in the past month and a half.
