Ilham Aliyev: In implementing the "Great Return" program, the help of brotherly countries is especially valuable

Today, as Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur are being revived, infrastructure facilities, houses, and public buildings are being constructed, first of all, with each project we plan a school, kindergarten, nursery, and medical centers. Without this, normal life cannot exist.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this was stated by the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev at a meeting with residents during the opening of the 1st stage of Khidirli village in the Aghdam region.

"Of course, at a time when we are about to implement the 'Great Return' program, which is being successfully realized, the help from brotherly countries is especially valuable. This is help that came from the soul, from the heart of the Kyrgyz people," noted the head of state.
