Pope Francis faces a process of speech skills recovery after the treatment he received. This information was confirmed to Reuters by Cardinal Victor Manuel Fernandez.

"The Pope is doing well, but oxygen therapy dries everything out. He needs to relearn speech, however his general physical condition remains stable, as before," explained the high-ranking clergyman.

Cardinal Fernandez also firmly denied circulating rumors about the pontiff's possible abdication, emphasizing that such assumptions are groundless.
