After an earthquake with a magnitude of 6.1 that occurred in Balıkesir province in western Turkey, 102 aftershocks have been recorded.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this is according to data from the Kandilli Observatory of Boğaziçi University.
According to information as of October 28 at 03:38, following the main earthquake on October 27 at 22:48 local time, 102 aftershocks occurred, with the strongest having a magnitude of 4.3.
As a result of the earthquake, three buildings and one store collapsed, and 22 people were injured.

A strong earthquake occurred in the Sındırgı district of Turkey's Balıkesir in the west of the country.
This was reported to BAKU.WS with reference to Turkey's Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD).
According to its data, underground tremors with a magnitude of 6.1 were recorded at 22:48 local time (23:48 Baku time) approximately 8 km southeast of Sındırgı. The epicenter was at a depth of 5.99 km.
