An important proposal has been made in parliament regarding women's retirement
In the Milli Mejlis, it was proposed to consider the number of children when determining the retirement age for women.
As Report informs, such an initiative was put forward by a member of the parliamentary committee on labor and social policy, Vugar Bayramov, during the discussion of amendments to the law "On labor pensions".
He reminded that currently the right to early retirement is granted to mothers of five or more children, with the conditions being the same for all of them. "Now the same benefits are received by mothers of five and more than five children. In my opinion, women's retirement age should directly depend on the number of children: the more children, the earlier retirement," the deputy noted.
