In the era of fast-paced life and high cost of gym memberships, more and more people are choosing to work out at home. And, as fitness experts show, achieving physical fitness without dumbbells and exercise machines is quite realistic.

According to trainers, basic bodyweight exercises such as push-ups, squats, planks, and lunges can engage key muscle groups and are just as effective as working with equipment. The main things are regularity, technique, and gradually increasing the load.

"Many people are surprised when they see the results from regular home workouts," says fitness instructor Anastasia Yusupova. "But your body doesn't know whether you're exercising in a gym or in your room. It responds to the load."

Online programs and mobile applications offering ready-made exercise routines without equipment are gaining particular popularity. This makes fitness accessible to literally everyone - even in a small space.

Experts emphasize: for workouts to be effective, it's enough to exercise for 20-30 minutes a day 3-5 times a week, combining strength training with cardio exercises.
