An investigation has been initiated in connection with the spread of a video on social networks showing the brutal beating of an underage girl. This was reported to BAKU.WS by an employee of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, police lieutenant Lumu Israfilli.

"Currently, an investigation is being conducted into the fight between minors captured on video. All participants in the incident have been identified and summoned to the police. Law enforcement agencies continue preventive measures in connection with the incident," said the representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

According to preliminary information, the incident occurred in the city of Sumgayit. The video quickly spread across social networks and caused widespread public outcry.
