Blue Whale Deadly Game: New Details of Schoolboy's Suicide in Azerbaijan

New details have emerged about the death of 15-year-old Alakbar Shukurlu, who committed suicide in the village of Zevin in Yardimli district.
According to information received by Oxu.az, the teenager fell under the influence of the "Blue Whale" game.
At the end of the game, which consists of 50 instructions, he was ordered to kill himself, with a deadline set for January 27. Before starting the game, they demanded his personal information and photos of himself and family members. Then he was blackmailed with these photos. From January 27, the teenager, who had not dared to commit suicide, began receiving threats. After messages like "If you don't kill yourself, we will kill your family members," A. Shukurlu saw suicide as the only way out. He was even taught how to use a weapon and given instructions on how to shoot himself in the heart.
According to other information received, another teenager started playing this game along with Alakbar but stopped at the 40th instruction. On February 4, Alakbar Shukurlu wrapped himself in a blanket and shot himself in the heart with a hunting rifle. After the suicide, his mother found a note left by her son. It read: "Mom, dad, if I don't die, they will kill you. Take care of yourselves. Goodbye".
After this, the mother tried to open her son's phone. But only the teenager's younger cousin knew the password. When he opened the phone, the parents saw that their son was constantly receiving notifications from the game saying "Kill yourself".
It should be noted that A.Shukurlu would have had his birthday next month.
