President: In the event of a change in the geopolitical situation in the region, Azerbaijan will continue to remain attractive to suppliers

Azerbaijan is geographically located in the South Caucasus, but we have become a full-fledged member of the Central Asian region from political, economic, and transport perspectives.

As reported by AZERTAC, President Ilham Aliyev stated this at an event within the framework of the II Azerbaijan International Investment Forum.

"Of course, the administrative system, digitalization of transport, customs procedures, which are very open, transparent, and understandable for investors, as well as the regulatory framework — all of this strengthens our potential. Even if the geopolitical situation in our region changes and returns to the one that existed five years ago, we will still remain a very attractive country for suppliers," the head of state noted.
