The President outlined the areas of interest for investors in Azerbaijan
President Ilham Aliyev outlined areas of interest for investors in Azerbaijan at an event held within the framework of the II Azerbaijan International Investment Forum.
As reported by AZERTAC, the head of state said:
"I believe that one of the attractive areas for investment could be infrastructure that serves transnational interests. First and foremost, transport, logistics, physical infrastructure, and software infrastructure. Yes, we can build many bridges, ports, and vessels. But we will be at a disadvantage if we do not keep pace with modern trends in digitalization and customs administration, and if we do not simplify cargo processing procedures.
Another issue concerns power transmission lines, and there is enormous potential here."
