Erdogan spoke about the meeting with Ilham Aliyev

Thanks to the Igdir-Nakhchivan gas pipeline, all of Nakhchivan's natural gas needs will be met for at least 30 years.
As Report informs, this was stated by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, speaking about his meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on March 5.
"In addition, my brother Ilham Aliyev and I discussed many important issues, especially peace negotiations with Armenia," Erdogan told journalists after the Cabinet of Ministers meeting.
Note that on March 5, the opening ceremony of the Igdir-Nakhchivan gas pipeline was held in Ankara via video link. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan participated in the event.
At the opening ceremony, it was noted that the Igdir-Nakhchivan gas pipeline project, along with diversifying Nakhchivan's gas supply, will also serve to improve the welfare of the population of both Nakhchivan and Igdir. Another feature of the project is that in the future, the pipeline, which currently has a maximum capacity of 730 million cubic meters, can be expanded.
