SOCAR received licenses for exploration works in Israel
The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has received licenses to conduct exploration work in Israel.
As reported by BAKU.WS, Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov wrote about this on his account in the social network X.
"As part of a business visit to Israel, together with SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf, we participated in the ceremony of issuing exploration licenses for "Block I/6" in Israel's exclusive economic zone (EEZ). These licenses are of strategic importance in terms of strengthening SOCAR's international positions and using innovative practices," the publication says.
