Mikayil Jabbarov: Large State Enterprises' Dependence on Budget Has Decreased

Azerbaijan has managed to solve most of the problems related to large state companies' dependence on the budget.

As Report informs, Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov stated this at the forum "Tax Service - 25: Sustainable Development and Effective Transformation".

According to him, thanks to the implemented reforms, large state enterprises have increased their sustainability.

"The enterprises have reduced their debt burden, which was once considered one of the fiscal threats and risks, have become profitable, and their dependence on state budget funds has decreased," the minister noted.
