President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky canceled a planned interview with American television channel ABC after meeting with former US President Donald Trump in Rome. This was reported by the portal Axios citing a source, according to Oxu.Az.
According to the publication, Zelensky was supposed to appear on the program This Week on Sunday, April 27. However, the interview was canceled - officially due to technical difficulties with translation.
The source noted that the decision was made specifically after the conversation with Trump. It is clarified that Zelensky did not want to "take risks," but the details of exactly what risk he wanted to avoid are not disclosed.
