Zakir Hasanov participates in the Xiangshan Forum in Beijing

Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, is on a working visit to China, where he is participating in the 13th Beijing Xiangshan Forum.

This was reported to BAKU.WS by the Ministry of Defense.

As part of the visit, Zakir Hasanov visited the production base of the China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation (CASIC) and met with its General Director Chen Shaoyang. The minister inspected various defense systems.

A meeting was also held between the Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan and the Minister of National Defense of China, Admiral Dong Jun.

The parties discussed the current state and prospects for the development of military, military-technical cooperation and cooperation in the field of military education, issues of international security and stability, as well as a number of issues of mutual interest.
