The EU will allocate 1 billion euros to Ukraine tomorrow for weapons production

EU Foreign Ministers to announce allocation of 1 billion euros to Ukraine for weapons production.
This was announced by EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas at a press conference following the meeting of EU foreign ministers in Warsaw.
According to her, tomorrow EU foreign ministers will visit Ukraine:
"During the visit to Kyiv on May 9, European Union foreign ministers will announce the allocation of 1 billion euros to Ukraine for weapons production," she noted.
Kallas added that the European Commission intends to adopt the 17th package of sanctions against Russia by May 20.
