Putin will meet with Trump's special envoy in a closed format

Meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin with US leader's special envoy Steven Whittcoff will take place on March 13 in the evening in a closed format.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this was announced by the Russian President's aide Yuri Ushakov to an "Izvestia" correspondent.

The American special envoy's aircraft landed at Vnukovo-2 airport today around 12:31 Moscow time (13:31 Baku time - ed.).

Earlier, Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov announced that negotiators for Russian-Ukrainian settlement from the US are flying to Moscow, with relevant contacts scheduled for Thursday.
