Pensioner "Came Back to Life" at Her Own Funeral

An amazing event occurred on February 5 in the Nang Rong district of Buriram province, where an 85-year-old woman woke up after being pronounced dead.

In the evening, relatives found Phu Sriphadung showing no signs of life in her home. Deciding that nothing could be done to help her, they called medical personnel to confirm the death and arrange transportation of the body to the temple.

After 40 minutes, something incredible happened - Sriphadung unexpectedly regained consciousness and sat up in bed, to the astonishment of gathered relatives and neighbors who were preparing for funeral rituals. After returning to life, the woman told about an unusual vision: during her unconsciousness, she observed a monk following her.

According to her granddaughter, after this incident, remarkable changes occurred in grandmother's character - she began showing childlike traits, demanding to be carried in arms, and significantly increased her consumption of sweets.
