Five daily habits for longevity named

Well-known medical expert Gary Small revealed five key daily habits that can significantly extend a person's life. The expert shared his recommendations in an interview with El Confidencial.
According to Dr. Small, positive thinking serves as the foundation for longevity. Research shows that optimists have notably better indicators of both mental and physical health compared to pessimistically inclined people. The specialist emphasizes: a consistently positive attitude substantially strengthens the immune system, allowing the body to more effectively resist various infectious diseases.
The doctor names regular physical activity as the second most important factor for longevity. It not only improves blood circulation but also stimulates the production of endorphins - happiness hormones, and significantly strengthens the cardiovascular system.
Small pays special attention to nutrition. He strongly recommends enriching the daily diet with fresh fruits and vegetables while simultaneously excluding sugar and ultra-processed foods.
The longevity list concludes with two equally important points: regular medical check-ups and effective stress management. For the latter, the expert especially recommends meditation practice as a proven way to reduce anxiety levels.
