Low-income families will be provided with one-time financial assistance - ORDER

The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an order on providing one-time financial assistance to low-income families.

As reported by AZERTAG, the document states:

"Guided by clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, on the occasion of the Day of Solidarity of World Azerbaijanis and the New Year, I decree:

1. To provide on December 30, 2025, to each family receiving targeted state social assistance, a one-time financial aid in the amount of 200 (two hundred) manats.

2. In order to implement part 1 of this Order:

2.1. allocate 15,300,000 (fifteen million three hundred thousand) manats from the funds provided for the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan in subparagraph 1.6.1.1 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 27, 2024, number 268 "On several issues related to the application of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan 'On the state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2025' dated December 16, 2024, number 93-VIIQ".

2.2. The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall ensure the payment of one-time financial assistance to families provided for in part 1 of this Order.

3. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall resolve issues arising from this Order".
