In Shabran district, a mother and her young child were poisoned by carbon monoxide.

As reported by BAKU.WS, Gunay Meylaverdi (born 1991) and her daughter Gul Meylaverdi (born 2016) were hospitalized with signs of carbon monoxide poisoning.

Despite the doctors' efforts, the child's life could not be saved.

An investigation into the incident is underway.
