How much will student scholarships increase?

Increase in scholarships and benefits expected in Azerbaijan following pension increase
According to the decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev last December, the Cabinet of Ministers was instructed to prepare proposals for increasing benefits and scholarships.
In the second half of March, the Cabinet of Ministers will present proposals to the head of state regarding the increase in benefits and scholarships.
What will this increase be?
Economic expert Khalid Kerimli, in his comment to BAKU.WS, noted that the issue of the increase amount falls directly under the government's competence: "Reserves have been created in the budget for the increase, and appropriate signals have been given to society. I believe that the increase in social benefits and scholarships will correspond to the percentage increase in minimum wage and pension in the country. This indicator may vary from approximately 10 to 15 percent."
Note that in Azerbaijan, 54.3 percent of students in state universities receive scholarships. Student scholarships are distributed as follows:
For Master's degree:
1. students with academic scores of 91-100 points – 195 manats;
2. students with scores of 71-100 points – 160 manats;
3. students with scores of 51-100 points – 110 manats;
For Bachelor's degree:
1. students with academic scores of 91-100 points – 175 manats;
2. students with scores of 71-100 points – 145 manats;
3. students with scores of 51-100 points – 100 manats.
